About the Role
The Content & Creative Design Assistant will transform raw content (videos, notes, scripts, outlines) into clear, elevated, brand-consistent designs across our digital platforms.
This contract role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable managing multiple small projects each week.

What You’ll Create
You’ll take the provided content and turn it into:
Branded handouts
Instagram carousels
Canva trainings
Recipe cards
Client resources
Slides for live trainings
Visual support materials for coaches
Simple video edits and text overlays
Polished, cohesive designs that reflect our branding
You’ll work closely with our founder and coaching team to ensure high-quality, on-brand design across all formats.

You Are…
Located in or near Des Moines, Iowa
Extremely comfortable in Canva
Detail-oriented with quick turnaround time
Obsessed with clean, aesthetic, feminine design
A strong communicator
Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
Experience in digital marketing or design is a plus
Hours + Compensation
Contract, part-time
5–10 hours/week to start
Hourly rate based on experience
