Client Discovery & Enrollment Strategist
We’re looking for a woman who is:

About the Role
This is a performance-based position with clear expectations around productivity, consistency, and enrollment outcomes.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation & Sales: OWN the funnel! - initiate conversations via social media using our templates and strategies.
Enrollment Calls: Meet with potential leads via Zoom and identify goals, while establishing trust and practicing empathy
Onboarding and Handoff: Make the onboarding process smooth for the client and the rest of the team by following our systems, utilizing our forms and updating company trackers while
Client Admin Support: Reach out to clients to confirm coaching calls and verify with the medical information with our medical director
Other projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Passionate about the health and wellness industry is a must! A degree in dietetics is strongly preferred.
Experience with Google application, Gmail, Google Sheets and Google Docs
Experience or willingness to learn and navigate other platforms, including FG funnels and Practice Better.
Proficient with all social media platforms

WHAT WE PROVIDE
Remote Work & Flexible Schedule — We trust our team and realize that this person can handle these responsibilities while in the comfort of their own homes.
Training — We fully train you on our systems and offer support where needed!
Base Salary and Uncapped Commission: We know you are going to thrive! But we also want to compensate you for your time spent training, handling admin, and attending team meetings! The Base salary for this position is $1,500 a month, while your expected annual salary with commissions should be in the range of $65k - 100k plus for your first year following our systems.
